Our approach to executive search

  • We prepare any non-disclosure agreements that may be required

  • We forensically search for talent and rigorously screen candidates, presenting you with only the best; throughout this, we provide visibility of the companies and talent we are targeting and feedback valuable market intelligence

  • We design executive interview processes, including any psychometric testing, and coach the hiring team on interviewing and assessment

  • We manage all negotiations, including those where equity or options comprise part of the package

  • We can support you with enhanced background checks and can advise on executive onboarding best practice

  • Throughout the process, we regularly and transparently communicate with you giving you visibility of our work and pipeline as it progresses
