Diversity and Inclusion

We are passionate about diversity and inclusion and believe this focus adds value to our client's future performance. Building diverse shortlists results in two things. Firstly, we have to work harder creating thorough shortlists where no stone has been left unturned. This focused approach means the overall quality of shortlisting is high. Secondly, our assessment of candidates is uniformly meticulous as we remove bias.


Education on diversity, inclusion, and legislation is vital to us. Each year, every team member participates in externally certified diversity training. We are not complacent. Monitoring and evaluating our recruitment processes and procedures is important to us, as is evaluating the impact we have on our clients.
