The successful Graduate Developer skills and experience will include:
Exposure to any object-oriented language, ideally C#, but Java, or C++ are also great
A desire to create high-quality code
Degree in computer science, software engineering or similar
Excellent problem solving and communication skills
While remote work is the norm just now, in future, you will most likely join the team in the office one or two days per week, but you will be able to be more office-based if you like.
