The Lucent Group are searching for a Senior Marketing Manager focused on the Digital Health sector to join a thriving mobile technology consultancy going through a period of expansion. Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, your goal will be to help grow the digital health business and support the sales team as we enter new accounts. You'll conduct market and competitor analysis, create a content library and support the sales team with pitches for innovative mobile technology solutions within the Digital Health sector; as such, you will preferably be based in the London, Cambridge or Oxford areas.

This Senior Marketing Manager role sits within the commercial team, which comprises sales, marketing, presales and account management. You'll have a marketing peer who focuses on financial services and a colleague who manages events, social and brand awareness.
You'll support our commercial growth as we expand our portfolio of enterprise clients in the Pharmaceutical, Biotech, MedTech, Wellness and Public Health sectors by designing and implementing a strategic marketing plan. This will involve creating engaging and influential content about the impact of digital and mobile technology on these markets and supporting with pitches to key technology decision-makers at Board, C-Level, Director and Head-of Levels. You will contribute to our growth strategy, be responsible for market and competitor analysis, identifying trends and collaborate closely with sales and colleagues in the marketing team.
Key Experience Required
Extensive marketing experience within the life sciences, biotech, pharmaceutical, medical technology or digital health industries. This could be internal, in a technology consultancy or within an agency.
Experience creating content regularly, ideally with experience in public relations to trade publications and newsgroups.
Experience collaborating with sales on high-value pitches to corporate accounts.
You'll have excellent analytical skills combined with a solid understanding of market research and data analytics and the ability to identify and target specific audiences or cohorts.
You'll have outstanding communication skills, especially in developing and delivering tone of voice and persona.
You'll be a hardworking, proactive, tenacious team player who approaches change with a positive outlook.
You'll have excellent commercial acumen and take a strategic approach.
You'll have a solid understanding of SEO and SEM.
All interviews will be conducted virtually. Lucent is managing a retained search and will conduct first stage screening over video interview.
Excellent salary depending on experience.
