Rebecca has extensive executive search experience within the digital and technology sector. With a background in talent acquisition and consulting, she has led businesses through complex changes and fast-paced scale-up periods. Rebecca has worked with investor-backed start-up and scale-up businesses as well as established corporates and the public sector advising on leadership teams, job design, workforce planning, strategic talent management, recruitment processes and associated technology, candidate experience, employer brand development, and recruitment analytics. She has led, built, and managed teams, designed and implemented outsourced recruitment solutions, and created and executed local, national and international search projects. In 2019 she helped a FinTech client secure a place in LinkedIn’s Top 25 Start-ups in the UK.
The recruitment projects she has led have covered C-Level, Director and Head of roles across technology, product, sales, marketing, and operations teams. Rebecca is delighted to have built leadership teams that have taken businesses through growth, further investment or acquisition. Rebecca is a member of the REC (MREC), a qualified career coach, and a certified interviewer (CI), and has qualifications in fintech, recruitment, HR, leadership, digital marketing, diversity, unconscious bias, and talent management.

Rob has worked in the financial services sector for over 15 years. After graduating from The University of Edinburgh with a 2.1 Degree in Business Studies & Accounting, he worked with some of the UK's leading financial advisory businesses before establishing a successful business in the sector.
He supports Lucent with all our financial administration and planning and contributes his expertise to finance recruitment and executive search.
