Lucent is recruiting a Product Manager to join the Edinburgh-based product and technology hub of a fast-growing company that is at the forefront of supporting the UK's clean energy future. About the Job
As a Product Manager, you will report to the Head of Product while working in an agile environment. You will be responsible for defining the product vision, strategy and building the right customer-centric products through a period of business and technology transformation. This will involve creating the product roadmap and aligning it with the business goals managing the backlog, and prioritising work while building strong relationships across the scrum team and wider business.

An accomplished and experienced product manager, you will be used to working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment. You will enjoy working in digital transformation and consider yourself an excellent communicator. Skills and Experience Include:
You will have worked as a Product Manager on a technology or SaaS product within an Agile environment
Naturally proactive, you will be experienced at identifying customer problems and solutions
You will consider yourself to be incredibly customer-focused
You will ideally have worked in a digital transformation environment and worked on a change project of scale
Ability to prioritise effectively
Excellent communication skills
A structured and systematic approach to work
First-rate analytical skills you'll be adept at defining value and insights
