Slingshot Simulations (Slingshot) is delighted to be searching for a hands-on Engineering Manager with a background in python. This new role will report to Robert Harwood, Chief Executive Officer, and lead Slingshot's engineering team into its next exciting period of growth as the business scales following its most recent, £3MN investment round.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for delivering and helping build the product, leading and growing the engineering team, and contributing to the set-up of development processes and best practices in the business. You'll be responsible for the delivery of our product to market while working closely with the CEO and the commercial team to ensure engineering, the product roadmap and release plans are aligned with the business's commercial objectives.
